2025 Holiday Wreath & Coffee information

We are excited to once again host our annual Holiday Fundraiser in partnership with Stadium Flowers and Honeymoon Bay Coffee!

Stadium Flowers provides the highest-quality poinsettias and greenery to brighten your home for the season and we are happy to offer Honeymoon Bay Coffee in both their Signature (medium roast) and French (dark roast) varieties.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to offset costs to repair our boat trailer after multiple unexpected repairs this year.

We are asking each ERA athlete and family to participate by:

Generating $350 in sales
- Poinsettias, wreaths, and more from Stadium Flowers
- 12 oz bags of Honeymoon Bay Coffee (medium or dark roast)
Or simply making a donation directly to ERA (suggested amount: $200)

Key Dates

Monday, November 17: Sale Ends, last orders submitted online by noon
December 3: 3-6pm pick up total order at the Everett Rowing Boathouse and deliver to everyone that placed an order with you

Note: Money is due prior to pickup, payment can be cash, check or card. Please make checks payable to Everett Rowing Association

Processing Orders:

1: Fill out sales sheet in your packets. Additional order forms are available in ERA Boathouse office
2: Sum up total sales on bottom row
3: Click Submit Orders button above, enter the total items for poinsettias, wreaths, swags, coffee, etc. (note: The total at the bottom is for cash/check donations not the total cash/checks you collected)
4: Enter YOUR name (athlete or member) and contact information
5: Collect cash or checks payable to "Everett Rowing Association"
6:  Bring payment to boathouse, Pay Online, or mail it to:

7: Pick up and deliver orders December 3 from 3-6pm
