In most cases, you will need to fill out a company form and enclose it with your gift. Many companies offer on-line matching forms, available on the company website.

You can turn your required minimum distribution into a tax-wise charitable gift directly from your IRA to Everett Rowing Association.

You will need to fill out a form with your account custodian and provide ERA’s tax ID number, which is 91-1325075.
