The High School Team is ERA's competitive youth rowing program that consistently produces Nationally competitive crews.

Rowing is a dynamic sport that builds confidence, character and athleticism in young people.  These skills stay with them throughout their lives.

Boys' and Girls’ teams are each split into Varsity and Novice teams. The Novice teams are made up of athletes with less than one year of racing experience.  These athletes race against other Novice teams during their first year. The athletes then transition to Varsity Rowing.
