HIGH SCHOOL TEAM
Racing against the best teams in the nation, our high school age youth learn how hard work pays off at the finish line and in life. These future leaders develop commitment, confidence, humility, and strength of character. The youth teams take pride in each other, their friendships, and demonstrate how powerful community can be.
Unlike a lot of other competitive team sports, everyone participates. Everyone rows and everyone races! We create a culture of lifting each other up by working hard and having fun!
Rolling start/end is available for all programs to accommodate other sports’ seasons.

YOUTH financial aid
At ERA, we believe any young person who wants to row should have the opportunity to do so, regardless of background or economic circumstances. Through the generous contributions of our community, we offer need-based financial aid to athletes to ensure cost is never a barrier to getting on the water.
