Youth Financial Aid
At ERA, we believe any young person who wants to row should have the opportunity to do so, regardless of background or economic circumstances.
Everett Rowing Association is committed to making our program accessible to all youth in Snohomish County. Through the generous contributions of our community, we offer need-based financial aid to athletes to ensure cost is never a barrier to getting on the water..
In addition to making the sport accessible for all young people, we strive to create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all our athletes. We realize it’s not enough to just open the doors, we need to create an environment where every athlete feels valued and empowered to succeed.
