YOUTH ROWING

There is no bench. There are no cuts. Everyone Rows!

We believe rowing is a sport where young people build confidence, connection, and capability through shared effort on and off the water.

At Everett, every athlete has a place in the boat. From first strokes to advanced training, athletes are supported by coaches and teammates as they learn, improve, and compete together.

Elementary School

Our Elementary School program introduces 4th & 5th graders to movement, teamwork, and water-based activity in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate environment. Through games and introductory rowing experiences, athletes build coordination, confidence, and a love of being active.

Middle School

Our Middle School Team introduces athletes in grades 6–8 to rowing in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Athletes learn the fundamentals of rowing while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork through consistent practice and on-water experience.

High School

Everett Rowing’s High School program is a competitive youth rowing environment for athletes in grades 9–12. New rowers develop as Novices before progressing into Varsity crews that train and compete at a higher level throughout the region.

Summer Camps

Our summer rowing camps offer a fun, safe, and active introduction to the sport for athletes of all experience levels. Led by experienced coaches, campers learn the basics of rowing, build fitness, and experience what it means to train as part of a team.

YOUTH FINANCIAL AID

At ERA, we believe any young person who wants to row should have the opportunity to do so, regardless of background or economic circumstances. Through the generous contributions of our community, we offer need-based financial aid to athletes to ensure cost is never a barrier to getting on the water.

Apoyo FinancierO
