Come get fit with the Night Crew!

The practice slot for those who enjoy an end of day challenge. This group participates in on-land conditioning from early October through late March. Generally our busiest practice, this group has developed into a fiercely supportive group of rowers of all ages and experience. On-land conditioning consists of ‘Erg” workouts, lifting and core work.

During the brighter months of the year this group gets out on the water three days a week with the intention of continuing on their fitness journey and mixing in intentional drills and skill building.

All rowers who wish to compete at any scheduled regattas may attend any time-slot and should communicate their goals with that session’s coach. This will allow for racing line-ups to be planned and practiced beforehand.

US Rowing Waivers are necessary:  Everett Rowing's club code for the electronic waiver is: V9HNW.
