The Club Teams meet three to four days each week.  This program is suitable for rowers with 6 months or more of experience.  The main focus of this program is to improve fitness and develop more advanced rowing technique in a recreational setting.  Those interested in training for regattas should notify the coaches of their intent early in the season to facilitate boat line-ups, race registration, and training towards their goals.  You have the option to sign up for an Annual Program (11 months), Seasonal Program (3 consecutive months), Monthly Program or Drop-In.

The Competitive Team practices 4-5 days a week.  Rowers have more individualized training programs and are taught racing strategy.  Off-the-water conditioning workouts designed by the coach are recommended to improve fitness. This group trains both sweep rowers and scullers.  Those interested in training for regattas should notify the coaches of their intent early in the season to facilitate boat line-ups, race registration, and training towards their goals.  You have the option to sign up for an Annual Program (11 months) or the Seasonal Program (3 consecutive months).
